The main objective of doing a Spring Start-up is to make sure
your irrigation system is functioning properly. Regular Spring
Start-up service includes opening of the main shut off valve,
checking every zone head by head for leaks, clogged nozzles and
to check for proper coverage.
It is our policy to leave a door knob hanger to inform you of any
problems encountered. Unless preauthorized, we must have your
permission to do any additional work. Moving of heads and repairs
made to the system are not included in the standard spring start-up
service.
Local water districts require that all doublecheck valves be tested
annually. We charge a flat rate of $75.00 for this test. Your local
water district may require proof that your system has passed this
test and should notify you directly by mail. If you would like to
start-up your own system, we can still perform the backflow
certification test for you.
